I enjoyed the clean and spacious lobby at Red Lion Inn & Suites. It felt inviting and comfortable after a long day. The staff greeted me warmly, which made me feel welcomed. However, the communication from the staff could use improvement. I encountered some issues during check-in that might have been handled better with clearer guidance. The room itself was decent but lacked some essential amenities like enough toiletries. Although the location was convenient, it could be noisy at times. Overall, everything felt a bit disorganized and could improve to make stays more pleasant.

great parks and tasty dining nearby for city explorers
during my recent stay, I enjoyed the short walk to Rotary Lake, which offered beautiful views and a lovely strolling path. There were some great breakfast spots, like Gasperetti's Gourmet Restaurant, just around the corner that made my mornings much brighter. as a solo traveler, the central location was perfect for exploring the town on foot while allowing me to recharge quickly after a day of adventure. But, the hotel could improve its cleanliness to enhance the overall comfort level for guests.

What really stood out was the indoor swimming pool, felt like a hidden gem. Sure, it’s an older place, but the atmosphere was cozy and made me feel safe. Had a good time unwinding after my day.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what I got.

The check-in process went smoothly, and I appreciated the clean and spacious lobby area. It felt welcoming after a long day. The room had a decent layout, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. However, the air conditioning unit did not work properly. I had trouble regulating the temperature, which made the room uncomfortably warm at times. Additionally, I noticed that the bathroom needed better maintenance. there were signs of mold around the shower area. The breakfast selection was limited, with stale pastries and no fresh fruit available. Another downside was the lack of staff presence during breakfast hours, leading to poor service and delay in replenishing items. It's evident that some areas need attention while some basics were met, making it a mixed experience overall.
